Domestic (UK)
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days and shipped via Evri Tracked Delivery.
Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch.

International
We ship worldwide using trusted international partners. Delivery times usually range between 7-14 working days, depending on the destination.

Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched - because confidence includes knowing exactly where your pieces are.

Customs & Taxes
At this stage, customs duties and import taxes are not included in your order total and may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
Covering these costs is something we hope to offer in the future, but for now, they remain the responsibility of the recipient.
