Returns Policy

Designed to move with your life - and supported by a returns process as considered as your wardrobe.

We hope you’re completely in love with your new piece. Should it not be quite right, we’re happy to offer a return within the timeframes below.

Domestic (UK) Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, free from marks, stains, odours (including perfume or deodorant), and with all tags and packaging intact.

International Returns
For our international clients, you have 21 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above. Please note that return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return

1. Contact our team at hello@maisonabiyer.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we’ll share your return instructions and address details.

3. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once your item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for completion.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order an alternative piece, please place a new order once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, accessories and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
Please also note that if care label tags have been removed from reversible items, the piece cannot be accepted for return - as these labels are integral to the garment’s authenticity.
