Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired piece, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin preparing orders 1-2 days after they are placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation - what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll be happy to resend it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payment options displayed at checkout.

Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems to ensure your information is protected.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK and international destinations. Please note that for some international destinations, you may need to cover customs to receive the product. 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be confirmed at checkout.

Which courier do you use?
All orders are shipped via Evri.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times may vary.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We hope to cover these costs in the future, but this is not currently possible.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK orders and 21 days for international orders.

What condition must items be in to be returned?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, scent (including perfume), or damage will not be accepted.

Are there any non-returnable items?
Certain items are non-returnable. Additionally, reversible items must have care label tags fully intact - items with removed care labels cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account.


Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend referring to our size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, our team is happy to advise.

Do your pieces fit true to size?
Most styles are designed to fit true to size, though some silhouettes are intentionally oversized or tailored. Fit notes are included on product pages where relevant.

What size is the model wearing?
Model measurements and size worn are listed on each product page for reference.


Product & Care

What materials are used in your garments?
Each piece is crafted using carefully selected fabrics. Full composition details can be found on the product page.

Where are your garments made?
Our pieces are produced in small runs with trusted European manufacturers, prioritising quality and craftsmanship.

How should I care for my item?
Care instructions are provided on the garment label and product page. Following these guidelines will help preserve the life of your piece.


Pre-Orders & Restocks

Do you offer pre-orders?
Occasionally, selected styles may be available for pre-order. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated at checkout.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles may be restocked, while others are produced in limited quantities. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
